GENERAL PRACTITIONER (MBBS, FRACGP)
Prabath graduated from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka in 2004. He has been working in Australia since 2009 and has wealth of experience ranging from emergency medicine to general practice. His special interest are chronic disease management and all aspects of adult and pediatric medicine. He has been working in Frankston as general practitioner for over 5 years.

GENERAL PRACTITIONER (MBBS, FRACGP)
Dr Dulari has 10 years of experience in Sri Lanka since graduating from University of Peradeniy in 2008. This included five years of general practice experience, while also working in hospital setting including general medicine, surgery, gynaecology, obstetrics, anaesthesia, ICU and experience in preventive health care.
Special interests: Women’s health, Family planning (Including Implanon Insertion), general medicine, preventive health care

GENERAL PRACTITIONER (MBBS FRACGP)
Dr. Saman has 19 years of General practice experience in Sri Lanka and Australia. He gained his MBBS Medical degree in 1998 from Sri Lanka. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General practitioners.
Dr. Saman also has a wide range of hospital experience in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Rural and Remote Medicine, Psychiatry, Transfusion Medicine and Urology. He was involved in undergraduate teaching of medical students and spent 2 years teaching Anatomy earlier in his career. He is keen in medical research and has published an article in specialised Urology in an accredited medical journal.
Dr Saman provides comprehensive general practise care including Chronic disease management, Mental Health, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Paediatrics, Work cover and Injury management.
Dr Saman performs a wide range of surgical procedures including, skin checks and skin cancer excisions, lipoma and Sebaceous cyst excisions, in growing toenail resections and Implanon insertions and removals.
After a very busy and successful stint of 6 years in Darwin in the Northern territory, Dr. Saman settled down with his family in Victoria earlier this year. He is a keen follower in Cricket and a reader in history and politics and has a very friendly and approachable disposition.

GENERAL PRACTITIONER (MBBS)
Dr Don Hettiarachchi attained his Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2010. He commenced his practice and spent most of his time in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine in Sri Lanka before joining the Australian health system in 2015. He gained his experience by working in several hospitals and multiple clinical settings, including Royal Darwin Hospital and in Rural Queensland in the past 8 years.
He spent three years working at Royal Darwin Hospital across a wide range of specialties including Emergency medicine, General medicine, General Surgery, Oncology, Hematology, Geriatrics, and Paediatrics. Before moving to Victoria in 2021, he worked as a Senior Medical Officer for Queensland Health for 2 years.
Currently, he works for Emergency Department at Monash Health as well.
Dr. Don has special interest in Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Child’s Health, Emergency Medicine, Skin Cancer Medicine, and minor Surgical procedures. He takes a keen interest in mental health and chronic health issues.
Dr Don is a fellow of RACGP and holds Diploma in Child Health, Certificate in Emergency Medicine, and professional and advanced certificates in Skin Cancer Medicine.
Outside of work, he enjoys cricket, fitness training, and travelling.

Dr Arezou graduated from Medical school in Iran in 2002 and finished her studies in paediatric in 2011. She relocated to Australia in 2012 and commenced to work as a general practitioner few years later. She enjoys baking in her free time.

GENERAL PRACTITIONER (MBBS,FRACGP)
Dr Sumedha graduated from medicine in Sri Lanka in 2003. He worked in various hospital positions including anaesthesiology as well as medical practices in Sri Lanka until 2015.
Dr Sumedha migrated to Australia and commenced working as a GP in New South Wales. He moved to Gippsland and worked as a GP from 2018 – 2022.
He became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019 and has a passion for teaching and education of medical students.
In his spare time Dr Sumedha enjoys chess, sports, travelling and spending time with family.
Dr Sumedha joins Unique Medical Centre with a wealth of experience across all areas of General Practice.

REGISTERED PRACTICE NURSE
Felicity known as Flick is our friendly experienced registered Practice nurse, who completed her General and midwifery training in South Africa in 1987. Flick completed her Bachelor of Community Nursing at Monash Berwick in 2012.
Flick has a passion for General practice with a special interest in wound care and chronic disease prevention.
